ActionPlas has a modern production facility equipped with the latest CNC & conventional machinery dedicated to bespoke machining and fabrication. Using the latest CAD/CAM equipment enables us to consistently provide high quality components, batch consistency and close tolerance work.

Machined Parts

ActionPlas have been manufacturing machined components for over 30 years, with extensive knowledge in the machining of engineering & high temperature plastics along with Aluminium and other materials. Supplying some of the world’s largest companies across a diverse range of industries we have developed our reputation as one of the UK’s leading specialists in our field.
 
With a large dedicated production facility offering the ability to produce complex close tolerance turned & milled machined components. Our facilities include CNC lathes with automatic bar feeding for lights out operation, a large number of CNC milling machines with 4 & 5 axis capability along with the latest in robotics for large batch quantity work.
 
Our flexibility in our approach not only offers our customers the ability to stay ahead of schedule but also to realise extensive cost savings and improved efficiencies by offering material selection support and customised engineered solutions.

Routing & Fabrication

Our Routing & Fabrication facility is equipped with the latest in CNC routing technology with the ability to process large format sheet in a range of industrial, engineering & high-performance grades of plastics. In addition to this our facilities include hot wire line bending up to 3000mm in length, welding and fabrication equipment and a large assembly area for a range of industrial solutions.

Additive Manufacturing

Our Additive manufacturing division can process a number of plastic materials including PETg, Acetal, nylon, Polypropylene & Carbon Filled Nylon. With 24-hour production capacity our Additive manufacturing division has the ability to produce a range of parts from conveyor components through to fixturing solutions.
