ChangePart Tooling
Our in-house design team work with you to create innovative solutions, that not only minimise unnecessary downtime but also reduce costly changeover procedures. Working with the latest 3D CAD software we are able to design bespoke solutions that work for you. Our products include full line conversions, change parts, scrolls/feed screws and pucks.
Storage Solutions
To complement our affordable ChangePart tooling we also offer a range of storage solutions for offline Change Parts. All storage solutions are designed based on our customer requirements and can be manufactured to fit the smallest of locations. Using our unique dual colour boards, storage can also be coloured coded to clearly identify the relevant parts.
ActionPlas offer innovative work holding solutions to support the lean manufacturing processes such as 5S, Kaizen or JIT integration.
5S Solutions - Hygiene & Shadow Boards
Organise and maintain your work areas by storing parts or tools on bespoke shadow boards manufactured using our range of dual colours. Produce build boards that guarantee that a range of parts required to assemble end components are all at hand in their correct place. The high visual effect of this material presents a quality product to customers and employees, encouraging satisfaction and pride in the workplace.
Our representatives are available throughout the UK to work with you and produce high quality 3D boards that can include unique company logos.
Guarding Solutions
Offering a range of guarding solutions, from the replacement of existing machine guarding, new guarding in the result of an audit or bespoke solutions that fully enclose your production line. Using the latest CAD software our design team provides an initial concept through to full install.
