All our panels are fully machined onsite using the latest CNC machines. We have three large bed CNC routers linked to the most modern software available offering customers the most cost effective option for either one offs or larger batch quantity orders. With added capacity we are typically able to offer fast turn around times of 7 to 10 working days.

Actionplas do not offer a standard range of playground equipment panels, instead we offer a service working closely with designers to create unique and bespoke products, allowing you to stand out amongst your competitors. What is more is we only supply trade customers giving you the added security we will not be approaching your customers or passing any of your bespoke designs on to other companies.

All our panels are manufactured from single or dual colour HDPE sheets and machined to create a permanent and tactile surface for children of all ages to enjoy.

Actionplas single or dual colour HDPE is a High Density Polyethylene material with the benefits of:

  • All panels are UV Stabilised
  • Graffiti can be easily removed
  • Extremely durable, will not crack or delaminate
