We are looking to recruit an experienced, proactive & enthusiastic Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to cover the South of England. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing an area within a previous sales role & must have an engineering background. The role will comprise of visiting potential new clients to develop and identify new business opportunities to further expand the Actionplas brand & customer portfolio. Within the area there are several existing customers that will also require visiting to cement relationships & to upsell any new products & services.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Turning Setter/Operator to join our highly motivated team.
This is an ideal role for a qualified, time served engineer with a track record in CNC turning. The ideal candidate will have CAD/CAM experience and will be looking to develop their career with a successful, forward thinking company.
As a CNC machinist working for Actionplas, you will be tasked with producing precision machined plastic components to drawings & 3D models. Working to engineering drawings and computer models you will generate, load and modify CNC programs. You will also set up tools, load materials and carry out the efficient machining of components in a timely manner. Additionally, you’ll identify and report on any drawing errors, suggest process improvements and ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible, friendly and positive approach and the ability to work on your own initiative. Driven and methodical, you must also have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Salary is dependent on experience and is Negotiable. Overtime available & company pension scheme in place.
